Spa Safety and Comfort

Spa Safety and Comfort

Here’s how to have a memorable experience at our Spa. Getting the most of your spa experience means knowing a few practices and basic principles.

At what age is it safe to use the spa?

The spa is open to guests over 16 and access to the facilities is free.

When should I book my appointment?

Book your appointment as early as possible to ensure availability for the services you want.

How far in advance should I arrive for my appointment?

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early for your first treatment. That allows you to register, change clothes and get to know the place..

What should I bring to the spa?

The spa provides bathrobe, sandals and towels.

What shouldn't I bring to the spa?

To ensure that everyone can enjoy the spa, we kindly ask you not to bring any electronic devices. For example: tablet, mobile phone or laptop. Smoking and alcohol is also not allowed.

What should I wear for the treatment?

Many guests prefer to be naked during the body massage and are always covered with a towel / bed sheet. It's up to you to take off your clothes for greater comfort.   We will provide disposable underwear and cap. Your therapist will uncover a part of the body at a time to work that area before moving to another. All our therapists act according to the highest standards of professional and ethical behaviour.

And if I arrive late?

Arriving late limits the time of your service, reducing its efficiency as well as your satisfaction. Your body treatment finishes at the scheduled time in order to meet the schedule of the following appointments.

And if I cannot attend my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform the spa at least 8 hours in advance. If you don't, you will have to pay the service in full (100%).

What other services does the spa provide?

Temporarily unavailable according to DGS.
